Low Carb Almond Bread

INGREDIENTS

Almond flour                                       240ml

Psyllium husk powder                         4 Tbsp

Baking soda                                         2 tsp

Salt                                                      2 tsp

Apple cider vinegar                            2 Tbsp

Eggs white                                           from 4 medium eggs

Olive oil (Coconut oil or butter)         4 Tbsp

Warm water                                       120ml

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Mix all the dry ingredients first.

Step 2. In a separate bowl, stir in apple cider vinegar/egg white/olive oil and mix well until it is frothy

Step 3. Add egg white mixture into the dry ingredients and mix it well

Step 4. Stir in warm water to the batter slowly and leave it for 5 minutes at room temperature when it is done.

Step 5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree and pour the batter into a bread tin.

Step 6. Bake it for 60 minutes.

Step 7. Slice the bread when it is cool.
