Very easy to add to my morning porridge, can’t tell it’s in there. The only thing I’m not sure of is how much to use a day ! Maybe a few guide lines would be good. Love it & the company are good to deal with.

Great product, great service, great owners. My knee and shoulder joints (both prior injuries) are healthy, my skin and hair are also noticeably healthier. I use the organ capsules, and the skin cream too. Albeit you need to use consistently to see benefits, it’s well worth it.
