Just a short one as I came across Dr Chris Masterjohn answering why raw liver capsules can be a really good thing, in some ways even better than cooked liver.
The problem in the UK is that most raw liver capsules are made in Scandanavia or South America, and even more so for capsules with organic liver. This means airmiles, lack of transparency in the supply chain and often times it's the farmers who suffer.
